Vini
buoni d'Italia
The
Sottomonte estate, 85 hectares of vineyarded
land, belongs to this aristocratic family
since over 500 years ago. Alberto d’Attimis-Maniago
carries on the tradition, improving the
quality of vineyards, facilities and wines.
Buttrio’s hills do the rest, protecting
his vineyards from the wind and preserving
an ideal microclimate for the autochthonous
vines. He just restored the family palace
in Maniago (PN), with annexed restaurant
and hotel.
Fresh and very pleasant sparkling Ribolla.
Lovely and typical Friuly Tocai. Excellent
and balanced Pignolo, expressing the vine
characteristics to their best. Fairly
good Tazzelunghe. Picolit with a deep
yellow colour and honey scent, nice with
cheese. Verduzzo, excellent to the nose
and mouth, with hints of peach and honey. |
